Filtering processes take place in three different stages. These;
- Stage 1: Large, visible substances are separated from the water.
- Stage 2: Much smaller impurities are separated from the water and the water becomes drinkable.
- Stage 3: While the taste and flavor of the water is preserved, pH balance is maintained.
